Punctuality

Punctuality is a gesture of respect for the evening, for the table, and for one another.

Our soirées unfold in curated stages, each crafted to create ease and connection.

To preserve this atmosphere:

  • Guests are asked to arrive on time, allowing the evening to begin gracefully.

  • Once a course is served, it will not be repeated.

  • Late arrivals distrupt the flow of the evening and may not be admitted once dinner service has commenced.

  • We encourage members to treat punctuality as part of their presence--an offering to the room.

At Credow, arriving on time is an extension of elegance.

Member Privacy

Privacyy is one of Credow's quiet luxuries.

We protect the integrity of each soirée by ensuring that members

feel safe, unobserved, and free from the distractions of the digital world.

To honour this:

  • Phones are not allowed and should be left in cars or hotel rooms.

  • Photography and recording of the soirée are not permitted.

  • Personal details shared in conversation remain confidential to the table.

Credow is built on trust, presence, and discretion.

What happens at the table belongs to the evening alone.

Member Conduct & Responsibility

Credow curates an atmosphere of refinement, ease, and respectful connection. While we prepare the setting with care, members are resposible for their own conduct and for any personal interactions that arise during or after a soirée. Credow cannot be held liable for the following:

  • The behaviour or intentions of other guests

  • The outcome of any relationship formed through the event

  • The loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to food or drink

  • Any incident occurring outside of the hosted soirée

  • The monitoring of individual alcohol consumption

  • Travel to and from soirées

  • Any accident or injury within the venue (this falls under the venue's liability policies)

Credow is not responsible for venue-related disruptions such as emergencies or technical faults. Guests must inform Credow of any severe allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. All tickets and purchases are subject to Credow's cancellation policy. We encourage members to report any behaviour that compromises the integrity of the evening, as Credow upholds a strict policy, and membership may be reviewed or withdrawn where necessary. We trust our members to be curteous guests and to treat one another with care and respect.
